Part A: Rules for everyone

Spolumo is for people who want to play sports together. The rules are short and apply to profiles, activities, messages, photos, listings and reviews.

A1. Be a fair buddy

[PK-A1.1] Treat others with respect, even when you disagree. Pace, age and performance do not matter: every activity says who it is for. [PK-A1.2] Signing up is a promise. If you cannot make it, sign out so the place is freed for others. [PK-A1.3] Describe your activity truthfully: pace, level, distance and difficulty. Nobody should be left behind alone. [PK-A1.4] The organizer waits for the last person or says in advance that nobody waits.

A2. Safety first

[PK-A2.1] Meet in a public place the first time. Do not share your home address with anyone. [PK-A2.2] You play sports at your own risk. Judge for yourself whether you are up to the activity and have the equipment (helmet, lights, life jacket). [PK-A2.3] Hand over a rental deposit only on site against receipt of the equipment. Never send a deposit to an unknown seller via a link you received in a message. [PK-A2.4] In a life-threatening situation call 112 or 155, in the mountains 1210 (Czech Mountain Rescue). A report on Spolumo does not replace an emergency call. [PK-A2.5] Block and report anyone who harasses you. A blocked person cannot message you and does not see your activities.

A3. What is prohibited

[PK-A3.1]Harassment and hate. Insults, threats, stalking, unsolicited sexual advances, attacks because of sex, race, nationality, religion, disability, age or sexual orientation. [PK-A3.2]Danger to others. Encouraging dangerous behaviour, events under the influence of alcohol or drugs, races on public roads without a permit, activities in closed or protected areas off permitted trails. [PK-A3.3]Fraud and spam. Fake listings and profiles, phishing links, requests for payment outside the agreed procedure, pyramid schemes, mass messages with advertising, hidden advertising. [PK-A3.4]Fake reviews. Reviews for payment or in return for a favour, reviewing your own offer, reviews without participation, coordinated negative reviews. [PK-A3.5]Other people's privacy. Publishing someone else's address, phone number, location or photo without consent. Share photos from an event only with the consent of the people in them. [PK-A3.6]Children. Accounts of people under 18, activities aimed at minors outside clubs and coaches, and any content that sexualizes or endangers children. We remove such content immediately and report it to the Czech Police. [PK-A3.7]Illegal content. Copyright infringement, defamation, incitement to crime. [PK-A3.8]Prohibited goods and services on the Marketplace:

  • weapons, ammunition, fireworks, knives beyond ordinary sports and outdoor equipment,
  • medicines, doping, dietary supplements with banned substances, alcohol and tobacco,
  • counterfeits, stolen items, items you have no right to sell,
  • equipment subject to a safety recall, damaged protective gear (helmets after an impact, expired climbing gear, avalanche transceivers with a defect),
  • e-bikes modified for speeds above 25 km/h or power above 250 W if offered as bicycles,
  • live animals, tickets at inflated prices (scalping), services without the required authorization.

[PK-A3.9]Circumvention. Multiple accounts after a block, circumventing limits and bulk-downloading data.

A4. Advertising and partners

Promotion of your own event, club or lesson belongs in an activity or on the Marketplace, not in private messages to people who did not ask for it. Label paid cooperation (for example equipment from a brand) in the description. Spolumo partner challenges are always labelled "Partner".

A5. Reviews

Review factually what happened at the event or during the booking. Do not write personal attacks or sensitive data. The organizer may reply to a review publicly.

A6. What happens if the rules are broken

We may hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend or close the account. We will send you a statement of reasons and you can appeal within 6 months. Details are in the Terms of Service, section 10.

A7. How to report

Every profile, activity, message, listing and review has a Report button. Without an account use spolumo.cz/nahlasit or [[EMAIL_DSA]]. We do not disclose the reporter to the reported person.
